Let me start by saying I neglected my teeth for years and they were in very bad shape. At my previous dentist several years ago I got two bridges. Though my bridges look really nice and feel okay, they both have cement bulging out of the top of the bridge where it meets my natural tooth. This makes food get stuck and shreds dental floss making them difficult and frustrating to clean. My bite never seemed like it was as good/solid as before the bridges. I had never had a crown or bridge before, and my dentist at the time said they were fine, so I just figured that’s the way they were. Fast forward a few years and I went to see Dr. Casey White at Goodyear Smiles. I was terrified I’d waited too long and was going to lose more teeth. Dr. White said he could save the teeth, but I needed one root canal and three crowns. Steffen from the front office came and explained the costs for everything so there were no surprises there. Went ahead and did the proposed treatment and I am SO happy I did! Dr. White’s crowns (and all his work) are amazing! They are so easy to floss and clean, I really can’t tell that they aren’t my natural teeth, except that they are so much more beautiful. They match my natural teeth perfectly in color. He also fixed a lot of gumline cavities that also look amazing now. I got the needed root canal at the in-house endodontist (Dr. Jason Melde) who was also fantastic and made me feel more at ease. I had a painful infection in that tooth before the root canal. Dr. White took such good care of me before, during and after the root canal. I was a little scared, but I felt so secure in his care. He is truly very skilled and talented at his craft! He is also willing to answer all my questions and explain things, unlike my previous dentist. I finally have teeth that feel good and look good and I am so thankful to have him as my dentist. I was also way overdue for a cleaning and the office was able to get my cleaning done the same day as my exam, even though I hadn’t scheduled one yet. I had Socorro and Hien for hygienists and both were excellent! They got off a lot of stains that I thought were permanent and gave me very helpful advice about taking care of my existing bridges. Everyone I’ve had work in my mouth there has been awesome. Rene, Alba, and Leslie all assisted Dr. White and were really good at their jobs. Also want to give a special shout out to Miguel in the front office. I called the office in pain and he calmed me down and got me the help I needed really quickly even though it was late in the day and close to closing time. I am so grateful to him for that :). I really can’t recommend this office enough! Sincere thanks to the whole team at Goodyear Smiles!
